The EFT930-G can process payment transactions at a reduced
communication cost and in record time in almost any place. Based on Telium® technology, the terminal combines power, high security and outstanding communication capacity (GSM, GPRS or PSTN ).

With the EFT930-G, all transactions are carried out in front of the
cardholder. It connects to the server centre directly via its wireless link when calling for authorisation requests, on-line payments, etc.

Sagem Monetel has designed the terminalwith unequalled computing
power (ARM9 Risc 32-bit processor) and an ultrafast printer (15 l/s) to make transactions as quick as possible.

The EFT930-G’s light weight (less than 480g) means it is both easy to use and handle and fits snugly in the palm of the user’s hand.
The smart card reader is easily accessible, and the magnetic stripe
card reader—located lengthwise on the unit—ensures high-quality readings. The large backlit display guides the user. Its wide keypad and navigation pad make entering information easy.

Based on Telium® technology, the EFT930-G can be adapted to all national and international security regulations. It is certified VISA PED in both off-line and on-line mode. Lastly, its Risc 32-bit security coprocessor ensures confidential pin entry and processing of enciphering algorithms (DES, 3DES, RSA).

The terminal also benefits from the Telium® environment. Numerous C language applications compatible with the entire Telium® range can be developed by using the SDK Telium® development station.

Moreover, numerous IP tools facilitate developments (TCP/IP, DHCP,etc) that in turn make the use of GPRS transmission easier. Developers also have numerous modules (e.g. ISO 8583, SPDH, EMV level 2 module) at their disposition.
